    MMI Group Inc.’s website may allow users to search for condominium or other property-related documents and direct them to an external third-party platform to purchase those documents.

    All payments, transactions, and related processing are completed through a third-party service provider, including Yardi Condo Café.

    Any purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions and privacy practices. MMI Group Inc. is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party platforms, nor for any issues arising from transactions conducted through them.
