Judy Wakefield is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in the real estate and property management sectors. Her background includes both public accounting and senior in house finance leadership roles. Judy began her career in public accounting with an international advisory firm, where she spent ten years in Assurance and Risk Management. Based in Winnipeg, she also worked on client engagements in the United States and overseas. Following this, she spent the past two decades leading the finance departments at two of Winnipeg’s privately owned real estate and property management companies. Her experience spans the commercial and multi family real estate sectors.

Throughout her career, Judy has been responsible for all financial aspects of real estate services, including asset management, property valuation, investor relations, mortgage financing, and brokerage. Her extensive background includes strategic planning, leading complex financial transformations, financial reporting, systems implementation, and team building.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting, providing a strong foundation in both relationship-based management and financial oversight. Most recently, Tara manages our asset management portfolio, comprising over 1,000,000 square feet across more than 20 properties. She is recognized for her strengths in tenant and client relations, fostering effective inter-departmental collaboration, and maintaining comprehensive inspection and maintenance programs to ensure properties perform efficiently and remain well-positioned for long-term success. Tara brings a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to asset management, focused on maximizing asset value while delivering service excellence.

In addition to her role with MMI Group, Kerri serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for CCI (Canadian Condominium Institute) Manitoba, contributing her experience and perspective to the broader condominium and property management community.

Beyond her role, Paige is deeply engaged in community leadership, serving as Event Director for motionball Winnipeg, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Special Olympics. Stephen Sherlock joined what is now Cushman & Wakefield Winnipeg following his graduation from the Asper School of Business. His professional experience spans industrial sales and leasing, investment sales across all asset classes, land sales, and build-to-suit projects. From 2012-2013 Stephen served as Vice President of Property Management Services, where he gained extensive knowledge in building maintenance and construction, as well as the financial accounting of commercial properties. Following this, he returned to the brokerage side of the business, bringing an enhanced understanding of commercial real estate operations.

Stephen graduated from the Asper School of Business in 2006, earning majors in Marketing and General Business Studies. He is also the past Chair of the Commercial Division of WinnipegREALTORS, contributing to leadership and governance within the local real estate community.

He later returned home to build his career in sports with the Winnipeg Jets at True North Sports + Entertainment where he led the Premium Sales & Service ticketing team responsible for selling premium products and servicing high-value individual and corporate clients. Currently serving as Vice President of Acquisition and Land Development at MMI Group, Mike leads strategic portfolio growth and leasing across a diversified commercial portfolio. Throughout his career Mike has successfully delivered multi-million dollar development and acquisition projects, navigated complex government and municipal approval processes. As well, he has led high-performing teams; bringing hands-on expertise in everything from due diligence and pro-forma financial analysis to contract negotiation and portfolio repositioning.

A graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration (Finance), Mike holds an active Saskatchewan Commercial Real Estate License. His breadth of experience across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets gives him a uniquely well-rounded perspective that he brings to every client engagement.

When he’s not focused on real estate, Mike enjoys the outdoors and staying connected with his community, through his involvement in Minor Hockey and Lacrosse in Regina.
