MMI Group offers meaningful opportunities for team members to contribute directly to organizations delivering remarkable experiences across our community.

Our Kindness Days program provides paid time for employees to volunteer with organizations of their choice either through a company-organized opportunity, or by independently seeking out a volunteer opportunity with a charitable organization of their choosing.

We also host donation drives throughout the year, helping supply essential items and resources to members of the community who need them most.

For many years, our team has proudly participated in the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ Spring Cleanup, joining hundreds of community members to help brighten and revitalize our downtown. We take pride in contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming place to live, work, and play.

Indigenous Accord

MMI Group has been a proud signatory of Winnipeg’s Indigenous Accord since 2021. Our commitment includes fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous peoples and contributing to the broader journey toward reconciliation. We continue to focus on initiatives such as Indigenous recruitment, participation in community events that celebrate Indigenous cultures, and providing resources and opportunities for staff to deepen their understanding of Indigenous histories and experiences in Manitoba and across Canada.
